How We Got Here
THE BEGINNING
A Decor Team In Kumaon
We started with floral decor and mandap setups for local weddings around Nainital and Bheemtal, learning every venue, lawn and access road in the region by working on them.
GROWING
Adding Catering & Hospitality
Couples kept asking us to handle food, rooms and guest transport too. We built a kitchen and hospitality arm so the whole event could run on one timeline instead of five.
EXPANDING
Full Destination Weddings
Enquiries began arriving from Delhi, Lucknow, Mumbai and abroad. We moved into complete destination wedding planning across Nainital, Haldwani, Bheemtal and Jim Corbett.
TODAY
A Limited Calendar, By Choice
We now cap the number of weddings we accept each season. Fewer events, a senior planner on each, and a crew that stays on site for the full duration.

Your single point of contact. Owns the budget, the timeline and every vendor conversation from the first call onward.
Design & Decor
Mood boards, mandap and stage fabrication, florals, drapes and lighting, built on site by our own installation crew.
Food & Beverage
Menu design, tastings, live counters and service staffing sized to your final guest count and function timings.
Guest Hospitality
Room allotment, welcome kits, transfers from Kathgodam and Pantnagar, and a help desk your guests can walk up to.

Our planning desk operates from Namah Nainital, a member of Radisson Individuals Retreats, set on the Grassmere Estate in Mallital. Drop in for a decor consultation, a menu tasting or a walkthrough of the lawns and banquet spaces. Weekends fill quickly, so call ahead for an appointment.
